PLEASE NOTE: Monthly slots are released every month between the 15th and 20th

I am based in Brixton. Please leave time to find a parking space, available on the surrounding roads.

To secure your appointment, a non-refundable £25 deposit is required. This will be deducted from your total balance.

The remaining balance must be paid in cash on the day of your appointment. If you are unable to pay in cash, a £5 transfer fee will apply.

When making your deposit, please use your name as the reference and provide a contact number when booking.

Bookings are secured on a first-come, first-served basis—no deposit, no booking.

Appointments can only be rescheduled within the same month via your confirmation email and must be done at least 48 hours before your appointment.

Cancellations must also be made at least 48 hours in advance. Failure to do so will result in forfeiting your deposit and being blocked from future bookings.

  • Appointments before 12 PM will incur a £20 additional fee.
  • Appointments after 5 PM will incur a £20 additional fee.
  • Frontal ponytail appointments cannot be booked from 6 PM onwards. If booked during this time, it will be considered an emergency appointment, not an out-of-hours booking, and will incur a £30 additional fee.
  • Sunday & Monday appointments require a £30 additional fee.
    Sunday appointments are available by request only via email for times from 1 PM onwards.
  • Emergency appointments will incur an additional £30 fee etc any appointment booked within 3days prior desired appointment date will be an emergency appointment
  • Festive appointments (e.g., Christmas Eve, bank holidays) will incur an additional £30 fee.
     
    Please ensure you select the appropriate ADD-ONs when booking. Failure to do so will result in the service not being provided or an additional £5 charge if it can be accommodated on the day.

PLEASE refrain from buying thick frontals, I will only accept pre-plucked lace frontals of 120-150 density.

FRONTAL PONYTAIL
For the best results, please purchase a thin lace frontal, preferably a 13×6 HD lace (14 inches). A 13×4 frontal can be used for an updo.
If you’re unsure which frontal is best for your desired style, please email a picture of the style, and I’ll be happy to assist you.

CUSTOMISED CLOSURES
Purchase a 5 x 5 closure.

  • ⁠If you have a low hairline and excessive baby hairs, please purchase a 5 x 5 or 6 x 6 closure. 6 x 6, and 7 x 7 closures are accepted
  • I do not accept 4 x 4 lace for customised lace closures. This is applicable for standard lace closure wigs.

GLUELESS CUSTOMISED CLOSURES
I only accept HD/Swiss lace for glueless customised closures.

PRE-MADE WIGS
Please ensure you have tried the unit on; it fits snugly/desirably and the frontal is a full lace front not only in the middle but also along the sides.

LACE FRONTALS & CUSTOMISED LACE CLOSURES
I only accept thin, Swiss lace, French, HD lace. The density must be between 120 – 150.
I do not provide glueless lace frontal services.

LACE COLOUR
If your frontal is too dark or of a greyish/khaki tint, I will not be able to provide you with a frontal service. Transparent lace often doesn’t compliment darker skin tones, for this reason, I will not accept it. I am keen to ensure all clients are aware of the best lace options for them.

HAIRLINE
I do not accept 13 x 4 on low hairlines. If your forehead is small, you have excessive baby hair close to your eyebrows or thick sideburns, please purchase a 13 x 6 lace frontal. Please ensure I can fit at least 3/4 fingers between your eyebrows and hairline. If not, this means your forehead is too small for a lace frontal wig install. Please try a customised closure as an alternative.

BOB/BLUNT CUT/ASYMMETRICAL CUT
Please ensure the closure is longer than the bundles for a sharp look. Please select “blunt cut bob” or “asymmetric cut” as an add-on feature when booking for the above style.

BOUNCY CURLS & FLOWING LAYERED STYLES

  • To achieve bouncy curls or flowing layered styles that closely match your inspiration pictures or videos, it’s essential to use high-quality hair. Please note that this look cannot be achieved with low-quality hair.
  • For the best results, we recommend using 4 bundles. Opting for raw or virgin bundles is strongly suggested, as they deliver the most natural and durable finish for this style.
  • If you’re purchasing a pre-made unit, please ensure the hair density is either 200% or 250% to achieve the full, layered effect this look requires.

AVOID
Please do not purchase the following: Dense or plastic lace frontals thick lace, thick knots Coloured lace (dye on the lace). In the process of dying 613 hair, ensure the roots are coloured well to avoid a wide partening space

Your hair must be delivered to me at least 7 days before your appointment. Failure to do so will incur a £10 fee.

  • ⁠All hair must be mailed or dropped off at the provided address at least 5 days before your appointment.
  • ⁠If mailing, please use a tracked delivery service to ensure timely arrival.
  • Drop-offs must be completed before 5:00 PM.
  • Submissions received less than 5 days before your appointment will incur a £10 fee, and those received less than 3 days prior will result in cancellation.
  • ⁠If you choose to proceed with a late submission, your appointment will be classified as an emergency, and an additional £30 fee will apply.
  • ⁠Please ensure that your full name, appointment date and time, and head measurements are attached to your hair.
  • Kindly refrain from asking to drop off your hair as failure to do so with the timeframe will result in extra charge.
  • ⁠⁠If booking a custom unit, please leave a note if you have a low hairline or a very small head to ensure the best fit.
  • If you’ve booked for a a reinstall service you do not need to drop your unit prior unless you’ve booked for washing service.

Please be punctual for your appointment. Do not arrive more than 5 minutes early.
If you are 10–15 minutes late, a £10 late fee will be charged. Arriving more than 20 minutes late will result in automatic cancellation. If your appointment can still proceed, it will be reclassified as an emergency appointment.

If you have booked a custom unit PLEASE REMEMBER TO LEAVE YOUR MEASUREMENTS via our booking system during your booking process.

If you have booked a colouring service, please confirm with me in advance by sending a photo via email to ensure I can achieve the desired colour.
